Blue Water Navy

We need to get into place a project to collect public signatures in support of the Blue Water Navy Presumption. There is a good outline and several templates and formats ready to implement. We need several volunteers to help shepherd this project, with an immediate start date. Please contact [email protected] if you have an interest is helping with this vital "grassroots" effort.

I am developing an online petition through a website called[url]Ipetitions.com[/url]. I have some draft language and an currently working on a draft goals statement. The focus of this petition is to garner support for HR-2254 and S-1939, as we discussed. I have just started the initial language but you can view the petition the this web address http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/bluewaternavy/. I would appreciate feedback and suggestions and of course, I would like to make sure that the information contained is accurate before I publish and begin circulating. I won't proceed until John or Marcella give the thumbs up. Meanwhile, I'll keep working on it.
