I wonder why there is no mention of why he took over the VA? Sounds to me like someone said "don't draw attention to it by saying why". "I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore"?????

Frank,

I believe from now on they are going to tells us what they want us to know. I read three (3) different articles, one mentioned he traded cigarettes for ammo, one said he was an Irac, Afhganistan Vet, the other said he was hospitalized.
I though newspaper- people were supposed to give you a lot of W's, Who,What Where,When, Why???? The question I was most interested was "Why".

always wondered why an agency that helped vets would need all of the security measures (like cops, metal detectors, etc.) in place at the VA RO'S. guess this is why. found out personally that they make lots of people frustrated, angry, fed up and sick and tired of being sick and tired of the denials and lack of justice handed to them. some are short fused and go off. I'm sure that the incident was probably blamed on medication, PTSD, or something other than "can't tqke it any more" reaction" because of adverse treatment at the hands of the VA. Fortunately most victims get mad as heck, and burn with anger inside, and try to do something to change things or lket their feelings be known in non-violent ways like the BWN vets do.
