Frank, it's easy. The photo must be on the internet. Then use the (IMG) button you'll see in the group of buttons just above the posting window. That will get you this. Place the url of the photo between the [img]and%20the%20close[/img].
Voila! A picture posted.
If the photo is something I have on my computer I use Tinypic. It is quick and easy to use and when you upload a photo it will give you the url for posting on boards like this, web sites & etc. You then just highlight and copy it then past it into your post on the board.
