Right on there mate l think you call redders catchit [ Ye l know its spelt ketchup] .Another old navy way of serving a meat pie is with overcooked mushy peas on top,there was an old caravan outside Garden lsland dockyard in sydney called Harry De Weels that served pie and peas ,the old drunken sailors always had one on there way back on board,you always knew that you had consumed one in the morning,Oh the memories.
