We have had a significant number of responses for the three categories you might fall into that could release the hold on your claim imposed by the Haas Ruling.
We have the following question: For all those who answered - If you were able to get your claim released from Haas and adjudicated, would you be willing to pay a law firm no more than 20% of any retroactive payments? Please send YOUR NAME and a YES or NO to payment of a fee.
This may be an opportunity to "take the money and run"... get 80-cents now instead of waiting some undetermined time for a full dollar.
