Time for a new poll! We are all awaiting the HAAS decision with bated breath. Lets see how long we believe it will take for them to reach the decsion.

Marcella, this is a tuff one. Hass was argued on Jan and a decision came in Aug. Thats 8 mo's. That was the CAVC, this is the CAFC. In oral arguments the figure of this affecting 800,000 came up.

Should this be a poll or a pool? I would have to go with none of the above.

When I asked Rich Spataro what he thought a couple of months ago, he said he would be surprised if it came in December. He also said he wouldn't be surprised if it came in after March, next year.

Being the happy optimist that you all know and love, I'm betting on January or February.

But, a Christmas present isn't out of the realm of possibility.

(Wife smacks side of head sharply) "SNAP OUT OF IT'!

would love to hear a decision in Dec, but I hedged my bet-and chose Feb.
