Since it is drawing close, thought I would see how everyone feels the outcome will be on HAAS.

Sometime back I said that we were right on the facts, and right on the law.

I have yet to change my mind.

I still so believe.

I just wish I had the confidence in our court system you do Sir! I hope for the best but you just don't ever know what kind of mood the courts are in. It's a damn shame.

Well, I didn't say I TRUSTED them. I just said that we were and are in the right.

I guaran-damn-tee I'll be on the front lines if it goes the other way, though!

Right now I think it's a matter of law or justice. And in our system, I also think one has nothing to do with the other.

judges decisions

Postby pondbird » Sat Jul 19, 2008 6:54 am

I have always wondered how some judges can sleep at night---they must not have a conscious----then i remember they were once lawyers mostly so they have had plenty of practice taking folks to the cleaners with little to show for it. I actually trust two lawyers that i have known and one of them is my nephew and the other is the second coming of abraham lincoln who in the past has worn a robe with the 10 commandments on it untill he was forced to quit doing so.
