Well one thing is pretty obvious Marcie, if you Piss in the wind it has a tendancy to get all over you. Apparently, your RO in Montgomery has no shame or care about their Vets and/or claims. Now it seems that the continuing battle you and Carl are having is pretty clear. My question is this, have you been a thorn in their side, and could this be the reason they have done what they have to Carl?

So what recource do you have, is anyone listening and is anyone really investigating this. I truly do believe that it is time for some heads to start rolling, from the top on down. What a disgrace for a government enity that is intrusted with so many lives.

Later gang, Ken

The thing to take away from this article is that the Montgomery RO is not considered 'the worst' but only 'one of the worst'.

I gotta wonder, which one IS the worst. Or do I even want to know? (Considering the misdeeds of the St. Pete RO)

Sigh...

This $hiite has got to stop. What is it going to take to put head knocker Randall and Amy Hill in the Federal Pen.
I guess Joe and I are in deep doodoo because we talked to the Montgomery Advertiser. I recon my claim is lost and the other one is looking for it; but they are a-working on it.
What's to prevent VBA employees from "losing" vital documents by hiding, misfiling or removing them from the premises?
And what's to keep them from doing the same thing when the VA gets Shinseki's new Hi-tech e-filing system???
Does Acorn train the Montgomery RO personnel

Why I do believe I have been a thorn....probably much worse. I got a letter from Randle in reply to the letter I wrote the President. Seems he didn't like it one bit that I had contacted the President and he refered the letter to the big shots which filtered down to Randle. Also stay in constant contact with Senators and Congressmen in the state. We have fought them tooth and nail. There must be a note on Carl's records because a last year when he had the C & P for AO done, the dr said "we don't like people going over our heads." Carl told him that was the only way to get any action from the VA.

There is not one single friendly person in the VARO there. There is a whistleblower but I don't know who it is and they (VA GOONS) are trying to get info from that poor widow.

THe DAV there isnt much help. When the SO at home took our papers up, he didn't know what to do with them. SO thank God I could trust in our good BWN's own JR to help me get the CUE letter ready and I am still working on the NOD for the Diabetes. IT is a constant battle, but the paperwork showed up once I sent the Senators, Bright and MS. Hill a letter regarding the way the paper work was being handled. THat was when the claim for Tininitus was approved but all others were denied................

Marcie, I gotta tell you, if we got handled like that I'd have to muzzle and chain Mrs. ExIntrepid. She'd crawl from Miami to Tampa on broken glass to get her hands on them. (S'why she can't have a CCL, she'd use it and worry about ramifications later. My sweetie does NOT suffer fools, period. I always thought she'd make a perfect Marine—hey-diddle-diddle, straight up the middle, and every bystander for themself...

Have y'all figured out what to do, yet?
