The news just had a piece on Arlington National Cemetary's handling of over 220 veteran's remains. It appears that they have buried veterans on top of other veterans, put them in the wrong graves, etc. Secretary of the Army states that the problem is the "paper" recordkeeping.

Hmmm, sounds like the sloppy recordkeeping the Navy has on us.
