that you're asking for help from.
What I'm talking about is the Congress. Keep in mind they, or their staff do read much that is posted here and other veterans forums or from a post here that is forwarded to someone else not on the forum.
When you bitch and moan about the time it takes to get things done it doesn't look good and often leads them to believe we are nothing but a bunch of whiners and complainers who are, as so many claim, just looking for a hand out. Let's dispel that belief and prove the naysayers wrong by using some tact.
Instead of complaining about the speed of things stay on the Representatives to get even more to cosponsors for HR2254 and it's critical to keep in contact with your Senators to get then on board with S1939 co sponsorship. It's a good bet that the Senators don't have a clue, like so many of the Representatives didn't, about what The Agent Orange Equity Act of 2009 is because they haven't been informed by their staff, maybe because their veterans affairs liaison isn't aware. It's our job to educate, not denigrate.
