Three Plead Guilty to Filing False VA Disability Claims Resu

Bastids! I hope they fry!
This, as seldom as it really seems to happen is one of the things the VA uses to give credence to their view that all veterans submitting claims for disability are trying to scam the system.
LOUISVILLE, KY—Daniel Ryan Parker, age 38, of Santa Rosa, Florida, (formerly of Crestwood, Kentucky), Jeffrey Allan McGill, age 38, of LaGrange, Kentucky, and Michael D. Harper, age 52, of Scottsville, Kentucky, pled guilty on August 17, 2009, to conspiring to defraud the United States and paying and accepting bribes, Acting United States Attorney Candace G. Hill of the Western District of Kentucky announced today.

I think I can understand why they did it...because the chances of not getting caught was in their favor. BUT, it sure does make one wonder what these raters are thinking when they look at claims. Things like this really make it diffucult for those that legitamy need and deserve it and have to fught so hard for it.

Perfect punishement for this crime is to set them all on a fencepost, nail their "Thangs" to it, then push them over backwards.

Well, I don't know, Ken.... If it were me, for instance, and Thang were stapled all down the front of the pole, the weight of my body and maybe a bit of Vi%g#a would just pull the post out of the ground when I went over backwards. I think a worse punishment would be to make them travel the country for a few years, showing up at the Emergency Room of the regional VA hospitals with random descriptions of vague symptoms....

Nana gives me a cup of hot chocolate and a censored every night when we go to bed,, the hot chocolate is to help me sleep, and the censored is to keep me from rolling outta bed.

My cardiologist has switched me to Cialis now.. I just dont know which weekend to take it, without checking with Nana first.. LOL
