This is a real concern that hit yesterday.
It's a bogus Microsoft Outlook Update email.
"Keep in mind Microsoft does NOT ever send you email updates, they are all done within windows itself. The attached payload of this virus is called Troj/Spy-CU and is in fact a trojan, which may capture your keystrokes and logons to your banking and other critical personal information."
