WOW

What a fantastic group of people.. This was entirely unexpected, but deeply appreciated.

I had plans to go on a 3-4 day drunk, but after a stutter-step the first day, on my birthday, I couldnt muster the strength to hit it again. I had bronchitis, or something similar, and went to the dr and got some antibiotics and cough syrup. Then, I also re-started the Byetta shots for the diabetes. I dont remember them making me sick before, but this time, they did. The side effects have subsided now, and I am able to take the shots with inpunity (no sickness, lol) so hopefully along with a makeshift "atkins" diet, I can get some of this weight off again, (5 lbs after 3 days).. I had lost almost 50lbs 2 yrs ago when I did this, but went off the Byetta, and I gained the weight back. (of course, chocolate is one of my weaknesses, M&M's, Hershey bars, Snickers, etc. )

Being a good cook, doesnt help any either,, nor does being the lazy person that I am.. (I cant even wear a self winding watch, it will go dead im so lazy) LOL

I have a new dessert to post (I made this last week, before the diet started, lol) it is called "A Good Dessert" and is absolutely delicious.,. you may has well, after making this, just rub it all over your thighs and butt... cause that is where it is going to wind up.. LOL (WARNING: CHOCOLATE IS INVOLVED) LOL

thanks again for the Birthday Wishes.. I never thought at 57 years of age, I would be in this shape.
