Posts that claim SOS, meaning Same Old S*** clearly show the anxiety and depression of the poster. Posters who make a post with SOS included in comments are deserving of special attention by members of this forum.

A posting with “Same Old S*** is actually a cry for help, or a SOS that is the commonly used description for the international Morse code distress signal.
I too, sometimes feel that things are SOS, but I am able to let it run off my back and continue to try to do something productive rather than be depressed. Please note that I being medically treated for depression.
