A new Forum?? Maybe if those who know how to post the photos would divulge their secret as to how to do it, and the Mods would establish a new Forum we could get to know each other a little better..a face to the name. Optional of course, just in case some of you deck apes are so butt ugly you don't want to be seen.

Frank

the easiest way to post a pic, is to get a site like www.photobucket.com ... its free.. upload your pic to the site, then right below each pic, is an img link,, you dont have to click the img above, as the img will be at both ends of the url at photobucket,, you will see like 4 options below the pic,, direct link, img , and i forget what the other two are. just copy and paste that img link, to your message, and the pic will appear.

now then, there is another thing to wonder.. whether this site has enough terrabytes, to support a whole lot of pics being posted. too many, and we may have that option shut down..

either way, there ya have it,, thats how to post a pic.. just upload from your computer, to photobucket, then post the img link below each pic. photobucket is free, though you do have to sign in..

Thanks Papaw understood......maybe it could be setup for a maximum number to remain for a one week period and then deleted to allow others to post? Something for our computer gurus (Tony, JR, etc) to answer. It was just a thought I had. Wish I would have thought of it a month ago while things were quiet, hopefully things will start happening soon and we will be busy with the issues at hand.

You could always use a photo and use avatar software to make it as your avatar also....... I have been visiting members of the BWNVVA here in FL and have snapshots of the two we met. Ex Intrepid lives too far away for me to see him.... so unless someone else is close to Ocala may not be able to visit before I get home. JR and Tony will have to figure out about the pictures on the site.

Marcella, you may want to blur my face, under the witness protection program. Had a wonderful time, wish we had more time to tell war stories.

Edgar, wouldn't think of breaking the code of the Witness Protection Program. Had a blast the other night and I appreciate the time we spent together. Frank and Ken will be jealous! Will email you later. We are still in FL - only in Ocala now. Met another BWN mate and his wife yesterday and we enjoyed visiting with them. I like your idea of our own reunion in FL/AL/GA area - may have to see about working something out for next year!
