Wally Ward ([email protected]) is now Manager of the Outreach Committee. Among other things, Wally will be building a reservoir of templates for letters and announcements so that we can have a consistent message when these things are sent. There is room for adding some personalization, but the core message, wording and presentation will remain consistent if we all start using templates.
Wally will coordinate our Association's efforts for "getting the word out" about the BWNVVA to any and all media outlets and by sending around informational materials to VSOs and other veteran organizations who need to know who we are and what our goals are.
If any of you would like to become involved in the Outreach efforts, please contact Wally to volunteer your expertise. We expect to see changes in the Outreach Committee activities from time to time.
