There is a list of activities that have taken place since June on the Haas v. Nicholson Case:
- 6/11 court received Amicus Brief - on 7/6 that Amicus brief was rejected
- 7/16 court received Amicus Brief ammended (accepted)
- 7/20 court received VA Brief
- 7/23 court received a correction to the 7/20 VA Brief
- 7/26 court received an Appendix filed by the VA, (which I believe is just an additional correction to the 7/23 filing and is a
summary of the arguments)
