The National Veterans Legal Services Program (NVLSP) has filed a Combined Petition for Panel Rehearing or Rehearing En Banc with the Federal Circuit. This should allow for a retrial or re-assessment of the May 8 Federal Circuit Court decision.

Blue Water Navy Vietnam Veterans Association (BWNVVA) continues its tireless attempts to contact legislative sources and news media to further the cause of bringing about a Congressional ruling granting presumptive coverage for Agent Orange exposure to Armed Forces personnel who served in the Vietnam War without setting their foot on the ground of mainland Vietnam.
